Copy a Design for a New Customer

Sometimes you may have designed a job for a customer and you would like to use this same design for a new customer. The system allows you to copy this design and assign it to a new customer however currently, it will need to be within the same postcode as the original design.

You will need to start by copying the original design. Open the job in the designer, and click the COPY button in the job bar.

This will automatically open a new job with the same design. This pop-up will appear to confirm that the design has been copied.

You will notice at this stage that the original job number has been replaced by NEW JOB but the customer name is still listed.

Once this new job has been created with the copied design we can change the customer.

Click the JOB button on the right action bar to open up the job details.

Use the X icon next to CUSTOMER to clear the current customer information.

Click CONTINUE on the pop-up to confirm you would like to clear these details.

You will now have a blank section to fill in all the details of your new customer.

So long as the new site address is within the same postcode you will currently be able to update the site address as well. Keep an eye out for more options in changing this address in the future.
