Order Management - Kit Users
As a Kit User you will always be able to view the status of your orders from your job management page and you will also receive email updates from our team throughout the process.
Job Management Screen
Once your job is purchased, the Orders tab on your Job Management screen will show your Order Request including the Status and all details you provided.

Beneath your Order Request is where your Purchase Orders flowchart will appear. This will give you an overview of each purchase order related to the job. You’ll be able to see when an order has been processed, when it’s scheduled for delivery and when it has been dispatched.
Don’t worry though, our production team will keep you up to date with all the important dates you need to know!

Email Updates
Our production team will keep you updated as your job progresses be sending you emails at key points including:
Once your order request has been received
We have an ETA for the kit delivery to site (Plus windows delivery if relevant)
A week before your kit is scheduled for delivery to confirm it is on schedule or let you know of any delays
The day of your scheduled kit delivery
Any other point throughout the process when there is a delay which will impact the final delivery
