Proposal Template
Your proposal document is sent to your customer and includes information about the job design and quote. What is included in this template can be customised to best suit your business by following the steps HERE.
All proposals however will included at least the minimum information listed below.
Job Details
Job details will be shown on a header throughout the proposal document.
This includes the proposal number, the date it was quoted, the customer’s name, the site address and customer contact details.
The proposal number consists of the job number and name followed by the quote number for the job (1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc.). This will easily allow you to determine what job a proposal refers to and whether or not it is the most up-to-date.

Quote and Valid Period
The quote including GST will be included in an obvious layout. Below this the date the quote expires will be listed. This date will depend on the quote valid period you have set in the system https://quotec.atlassian.net/wiki/pages/resumedraft.action?draftId=26673153.
3D Model of the Design
3D models of the design will be included from two different angles so that all four sides will be shown in the proposal.
