Quote BEFORE Custom Requested

Steps to take when a Custom Quote was sent to the Reseller BEFORE a Custom Request was made.

NOTE: Custom Done button is unavailable when an engineering page has been created ; without the Custom Request button being selected first.

The Reseller must accept and pay the Quote BEFORE the Remedy can be actioned.

  1. Reseller must Custom Request
