Quote Emails

In older versions of Quotec, a job quote/proposal was always sent to the salesperson of the job. Now, you have finer control over who the email is sent to. You can send a copy to a sales manager or you can send directly to the customer!

Select Email Types from the My Details menu.

Find the “Quote/Proposal” email type and click on it to view its details.

By default the email will be sent to the Salesperson.

Review and add other others as you require. If you want to sent to the customer, check on the Job Customer option.

The Sender/Reply To is set up to have the salesperson as the sender of the email. Change as required.

Press Save to save your changes.
