Two Factor Authentication (2FA)

Two factor authentication makes for a more secure login. When a user is invited to the system, they will be asked to supply a password. They will also be asked to confirm their mobile number. Quotec will send a verification code to that mobile and the user will be asked to enter that code. Someone may guess your password but unless they have access to your mobile as well, they won’t be able to login.

Next you will be asked to verify your mobile code.

Finally, you will be asked to enter the code sent to the mobile number.

Once 2FA has been set up, Quotec will ask you for a verification code whenever you login, change password or ask for forgot password link.
