Well its the end of another year! This will be our last release for this year. Again, a number of internal enhancements to help us to help you.

Custom Jobs

The process for doing a custom job has slightly changed. In the previous version, when you pressed the Buy button a window would be displayed with a checkbox to say you wanted a custom design and you could still make the payment. This caused issues when trying to update the new BOM for the job.

Now there is a button that you can press. This will mark the job as a Custom Requested. That will put the job in our queue for processing. You won’t be able to change the job after that. When the Quotec team has finalised the custom design, they will change the status of the job to Custom Done. You will get an email to say that it is ready. (By default, the email will go to the assigned user of the job but you can change that in the My Details| Emails and change the recipient for the Custom Design Completed email.) You can then get back into the job and press the Buy button to make the payment. This will ensure your purchase orders are correct.

Miscellanous/ Bug Fixes

• Fixed. Licence count check wasn’t working properly with users assigned to a branch only.

• Fixed. Collar tie hole punching was missing from the end of the collar tie.

• Fixed.Mullions which were required for a top curtain wall on the end walls was providing a full height mullion instead of just the length required for the top curtain wall.

• Enhanced. The colour of the PA door did not match the colour of the wall very well. The PA door is a closer match now to provide a more realistic representation of the door/cladding.
