Version 2.03 - Release Notes

Welcome to the first update for 2026. Nothing too exciting in this one. It contains various bug fixes and some internal stuff to help Quotec staff do an even better job of helping our valued resellers. We do have some exciting stuff coming though!

Quotes

• Fixed the payment process for quotes.

• Cannot accept a quote again once it has been accepted.

• Cannot accept an expired quote.

• Promotions used in the payment of a quote were not being redeemed correctly.

Quotec Now

• When setting colours for Quotec Now, there were some cases not being used correctly in the designer. These have been fixed.

• You can only do a limited number of Quotec Now designs per day. This is to stop misuse of the feature. If you try to do too many from a device, a message will be displayed and the user will have to try again the next day. You can set the message for this in the Quote Limit field on the Online Designer page.

• The tutorial on Quotec Now could, under specific circumstances, interfere with the flow of the designer.

Miscellaneous

• Fixed. Account transaction screen was missing a pager to move past the first page.

• Fixed. Some formats of mobile numbers were not being accepted.

• Fixed. Branches cannot access the payment screen for jobs and orders. This is reserved for head office only.

• Improved. When a custom design is requested for a change of roof pitch to 30 degrees, we can handle those much more quickly now.

• Improved. Dimensions should on the skillion carport drawings.

• Improved. Text on the slab drawing for gable carports.
