Assigned User
A job can be assigned to different users throughout it’s lifetime. The user it is assigned to is the user who will receive all correspondence from Quotec in relation to that job.
You may wish to assign a job to your sales staff while it is in the design and quoting stages and then reassign it to a new user once the job has been purchased.
To assign a job that has been purchased simply go to the job management screen.
To change the assigned user simply click the edit icon next to the current assigned user’s name.
Using the drop down select which of your active users you wish to assign the job to.
A job can also be assigned to a user from the design screen prior to quoting the job. Clicking on the JOB icon on the right will bring up all the job information including the assigned user.
Note: This is different to the Sales Person. The Assigned To user receives all correspondence about the job but the Sales Person is the user who the job will be credited to in your Analytics.
