Calendar View

The calendar view displays the previous, current and next four months.

Job actions will be displayed on this calendar as sheet icon on the relevant calendar date.

Milestones can be displayed in a number of different methods which can be adjusted in your milestone settings

For milestones set to display only on specific dates these will be shown as a small icon corresponding to the job type: construction, documentation or invoicing. If multiple tasks are scheduled for the same day only one icon will show.

If you have set the milestone to display every day it will be displayed on the calendar as a coloured line from the start to end date.

This line colour will match the relevant task displayed in the task list on the left hand side
