Head Office/ Branches

Large resellers may have multiple branches from which they sell sheds. Quotec helps you manage these all under one system.

As a reseller you will already have your Quotec login and company details. This should be considered your Head Office organisation.

Each location that can sell sheds should be set up as a Branch. If your head office also sells sheds, we would still recommend setting up a Branch for it. Your Head Office is the overseeing organisation, while each selling organisation is a branch.

• Control all orders

• When searching for jobs, a head office user can see jobs across all branches.

• Maintain milestone sets (how they are set up).

• Maintain subscriptions and payment methods.

• Can make quotes (although we recommend all quotes are done through branches).

• Head office analytics shows sales across all branches.

Branches

• Can make quotes

• Can NOT control orders.

• Can NOT control pricing

• Can NOT maintain milestones, although they can use them on their jobs.

• Uses the Head Office proposal template for their proposals.

• Uses their own construction pricing.

• Analytics will show sales for their own branch only.
