Order Bill Of Materials

Quotec LIVE generates the Bill of Materials, or BOM, for each job. Once you buy the job, it will split this into separate purchase orders. You can make whatever changes you want to the orders. The Order Bill Of Materials will take the items from those orders and merge them back into a single document in a similar format to the original BOM.

It will show you items you have added and items you have changed. This makes it easy to check that you have made the changes you meant to make.

You can generate this report from the Job screen on the Orders tab.

When the report is generated, it will be downloaded immediately. (Check the bottom of your browser for a downloaded file.)
