POA/ Problems Delivering To This Address

This message will NOT prevent you from quoting.

When a new job is generated the system will let you know if there are any known concerns regarding delivery based on your site address and consolidation selections on your Order Category Suppliers page. This means that you may receive an alert for a supplier you won’t be using, for example Advance Metal Industries may be POA yet you do not plan to use windows in the design. If this is the case you can simply ignore this alert message.

If you receive this message for a supplier you will be using you can contact that supplier directly to request the freight charge - Kit users please contact support@quotec.com.au for assistance.

If the supplier cannot deliver to the requested address you may need to have the order delivered elsewhere for collection my your customer or installers - i.e. your office. In this instance you will need to ask the supplier for a freight cost to the new address.

Once you’ve received this updated freight information you can add it into the designer under the “SUPPLIERS” tab.

Use the second blue icon to update the freight amount and the third to update the delivery address.
