Use New Quotec Network Suppliers

Quotec is expanding it’s suppliers network! Follow the instructions below to be able to quote your jobs using these new suppliers.

Adding To Your Order Category Suppliers

To use a new supplier you will need to add them to your Order Category Supplier page.

At the top of the page click the QUOTEC SUPPLIERS button.

Your Order Category Suppliers page will now show all of Quotec’s supplier network that you’re not currently using to quote.

Find the new supplier you’d like to use and click COPY. The below pop-up will appear, click YES to start using this supplier.

This supplier will not be set as a default. If you’d like to use this supplier as your default supplier you will need to set this after by following the instructions in THIS help file/

Once you’ve added all the suppliers you’d like to use select DONE at the top of the page.

Deploy Pricing

Once you’ve added your new supplier(s) to your Order Category Suppliers page make sure to deploy the latest pricing for this supplier. For instructions on deploying this price file see Quotec Network Suppliers - Cost Updates.

Supplier Account

If you haven’t ordered through the supplier in the past, make sure to set up an account with them.

You can find information about doing so by checking the menu to the left or searching the supplier by name in the top right corner of this page.
