Include Construction Costs in Quotec Now Quotes
You are now able to use the construction costs set up in your Quotec system to include this cost on your Quotec Now quotes. If selected, these costs will be included in the amount shown on the Quotec Now designer and on the proposal emailed to the customer.
To include construction costs go to your Online Designer settings
Start by going to MY DETAILS >> My Company
At the top of this page, on the left select View Online Designer
This page is split into three sections: Designer, Proposal Template and Cover Images/ Trailing Pages.
At the bottom of the Designer section you will see a selection for Auto Calculate Erection Costs. Selecting this on will include the erection costs on all your Quotec Now quotes.
Show Construction Costs on the Proposal Cost Summary
To show your construction costs individually on the proposal cost summary make sure you have selected on Show Full Cost Breakup in the Proposal Template section below.
Your Quotec Now proposal will now show the cost summary (including construction costs) above the total quote amount.
