Below is a list of pricing for standard Quotec requests correct as at July 2023.

Refund Policy
In some cases where a job has already been purchased and there are changes which need to be made a partial refund can be provided. Where a refund is required, there are two available options for processing this transaction:
A credit for the value applied to your account, to be used for custom designs only;
OR
A refund returned to your bank with the Refund Processing Fee applied.
All refunds are processed on a Monday and require a completed Bank Authority Form (BAF). If you have already completed a bank authority form this will be used to process your refund. If your bank details have changed, or you like to direct the refund to another account location, please resubmit a new BAF.

Engineering for Change of Address
From time to time, an address on a certificate will entered incorrectly. Where the address listed on your engineering is incorrect, a replacement engineering document can be created only if, the windspeed for the new address matches the old address.
If you have not yet purchased the engineering or the new windspeed does not match you can find out what to do HERE.
For the same cost, engineering can be provided for a job which was previously purchased without engineering. In this case, the windspeed originally selected for the job must match the windspeed of the requested address.
*Additional costing may be required for older jobs.
Custom Slab Design
Standard Quotec engineering is suitable for site classifications: Class A, S & M. Any site with a classification outside of this will require a custom slab design. Custom slab designs can also be provided for designs near or over a sewer line. For more information on the process of receiving this custom slab design see HERE.

Quotec’s team of expert designers and engineers have the many skills and resources to create bespoke shed designs for our users.
