Head Office / Branches
The major feature for this version is implementation of Head office / Branch functionality. If you have offices located in different areas, you can set up each office as a Branch. You can then assign people to work at those branches. Head office gets a full overview of the branch activity. For more details check the help .
Purchase Orders
The way in which you change a supplier has been updated. Now the purchase order will show the supplier name with an edit button.
When you click on the edit button, a dialog will be displayed asking you to select the new supplier.
When you select the supplier, the system will recalculate pricing and freight details. It will then display the new pricing (similar to when we check pricing before ordering). You can then choose to use the new supplier or stay with the current supplier.
Designer
When you change the supplier, it will select the correct supplier/area and determine the supplying branch if required, e.g. Metroll Mackay.
Job Management
The Orders tab on the Job Management screen is now only shown if the user has permission to view purchase orders.
Quotec Now
If you use Construction Costs when doing quotes, you can have Quotec Now automatically calculate and include these in the quote. In your Online Designer settings, check on the Auto Calculate Erection Costs option.
Account Transactions
You can now filter transactions for Trans Type, Job# and Reference.
Added totals to the debit/credit columns in the grid.
A Download button has been added. This will download a zip file containing a spreadsheet of the transactions currently shown in the grid as well as the PDFs for any tax invoices.
Bug Fixes
Purchase Order. Fixed issue with uploading files to the PO.
Dashboard. The Sales By Salesperson download option had some totaling issues.
Fixed up some dimension issues on carports in the engineering drawings.
